Violation Policy
If Crystal of Re:union management team finds any prohibited actions in violation of the Terms and Conditions of [Crystal of Re:union], penalty may be imposed by the management team corresponding to the details of the violation.
The management team will confirm the violation as appropriate, through user reports and its own investigation.
For further information on violations and penalties, please refer to [Violations and Penalties] and [Violation Details] below.
[Matters in which the management team will not intervene]
-Problems or issues between users
The management team will generally not intervene with problems or issues between users that seem appropriate for the users to resolve themselves. Generally, such problems or issues are for the users to aim to resolve in a peaceful manner themselves.
Other users you meet in the game are people, just like you, who have feelings.
Please refrain from acting in a way or making comments that may cause discomfort to other users and enjoy the game together.
-Regarding your health condition
Please manage your health condition yourself and only play the game for a reasonable amount of time.
Please maintain enough distance from the screen and take breaks regularly while playing the game.
Please stop playing the game if you feel unwell from tiredness, insufficient sleep, etc.
-Providing benefits and detailed information to specific users
The management team will never provide any personal benefits to specific users.
The management team will never ask specific users for their portable account information including ID and passwords.
The management team will only contact users through the customer support by email to inquire into the user's situation.
Violations and Penalties
If the management team finds any violations, the penalties below will be imposed according to [Violation Category] and the total [Violation Count].
If 1st and 2nd violations are in different violation categories, we will impose a penalty according to the total number of violations for the category that has been violated.
Example 1) 1st violation [Inappropriate Acts], 2nd violation [Naming Violation]
1st violation [Warning Message + Deletion of Corresponding Content], 2nd violation [Account Suspension (up to 72 hours) + Name Change] (The account will be suspended permanently after the 3rd violation.)
Example 2) 1st violation [Naming Violation], 2nd violation [Abuse of Bug]
1st violation [Warning Message + Name Change], 2nd violation [Permanent Account Suspension]
* Please be aware that if the management team finds any [Illegal Transaction of Account (Individuals Involved)], [Use and Distribution of Unauthorized Tools], or [Violation of Laws and Regulations], the account will be suspended permanently regardless of the total number of violations.
*The following penalties are the default response to a given violation.
A different penalty may be imposed at the management team's discretion according to the severity of the violation and/or its impact.
Penalties will be imposed on the account in question; however, please be informed that depending on the investigation result, any and all sub accounts may be affected as well.

Violation Details
[Crystal of Re:union] defines [Violation Category] as follows.
[Inappropriate Acts]
Chat, message, profile, and/or alliance text which can be classified as any of the following:
-Acts that may disparage other users such as use of abusive words, slander, and impersonation.
-Discriminatory acts that may cause discomfort to other users such as sexism, racism, ableism, and religious discrimination.
-Disturbing acts such as antisocial remarks and acts that are contrary to public order and morals.
-Spamming acts such as making meaningless remarks and repetition of a specific remark.
-Sales and advertising activities not related to the content of this game or online-dating for profit.
-Inviting other users to a specific religion or organization.
-Acts that fall under infringement of another user's rights.
-Other acts that the management team determines to be disturbing to other users.
*If the management team determines the matter to be an issue between users and not an Inappropriate Act, the management team will not handle the issue as a violation.
[Naming Violation]
If player and alliance names fall under the following:
-Discrimination against a specific race, nation, disability, religion, sex, and social minorities.
-Sexual content and content that is contrary to public order and morals.
-Impersonation or slander of a specific user or alliance.
-Acts that infinge upon any other user's rights.
-Sales and advertising activities and invitation to a specific religion or organization.
-Infringement of rights such as registered trademarks and copyright.
-Other names that the management team determines to be inappropriate.
[Disturbance of Operation]
-Acts that disregard the instructions of the management team or are contrary to instructions.
-Acts of making false reports about yourself or other users that are not based on facts.
-Acts that impersonate or disparage the staff and stakeholders of our company and affiliated companies.
-Acts to harm or threats to harm the staff and stakeholders of our company and affiliated companies.
-Other acts which disturb, confuse, or delay the activities of the management team.
[Abuse of Bug]
-Acquiring data that cannot be obtained in normal game play, disrupting other users, or attempting these acts by triggering or taking advantage of the bugs in this game, regardless of if it is intentional or by accident.
-Acts of publishing or distributing the methods for the above to other users.
*If you find a bug inside or outside of the game, please report to the management team and do not take advantage of it.
[Illegal Transaction of Account]
Individuals involved:
-Acts of assigning, lending, distributing, and sharing this game’s portable account and its associated data to other users.
-Acts of requesting another user's portable account.
-Acts of trading this game’s portable account and its associated data for other games and services.
-Acts of trading this game’s portable account and its associated data for real money, goods, or other services.
Suggesting or cooperating individuals:
-Related acts such as suggesting, instructing, and cooperating with the acts above.
*The management team strictly prohibits the above acts and will not restore user data or provide compensation for any disadvantage incurred by the user for the acts above.
[Violation of the Multiple Accounts Rule]
-Having more than 5 accounts per user, per World.
[Use and Distribution of Unauthorized Tools]
If a user performs the following acts using external tools, programs, and equipment:
-Acts of automatically operating this game or repeating specific actions automatically.
-Acts of sending data different from the original data or falsified data to the server.
-Acts to modify the data or parameters of the game to an unusual level.
-Acts to illegally obtain or propagate data in the game.
-Acts of giving an excessive load to the network such as the server.
-Acts of publishing, sharing, and distributing external tools, programs, and equipment to other users.
-Acts of asking or teaching other users the method of obtaining and using external tools, programs, and equipment.
*There are unauthorized external tools and programs that also defraud your portable account and important information.
The management team strictly prohibits the acts above and will not restore user data or provide compensation for any disadvantage incurred by the user for the acts above.
If you find an unauthorized external tool or program inside or outside of the game, please report to the management team and do not take advantage of it.
If the management team finds any of the violations above, not only will your account be permanently suspended but we may also seek an injunction or take legal action for copyright infringement.
[Violation of Laws and Regulations]
Acts that can develop into criminal cases such as threats for assault, murder, bombing, and terrorism.
Illegal access to another user's portable account.
Acts that fall into disturbance of operation, such as DOS attack on our company server.
All acts in violation of the applicable laws and regulations including the acts above.
The act of acquiring another user's portable account ID or password or logging in to another user's account without permission may subject you to punishment for violation of the [Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Computer Access] in Japan or related laws in your country of residence. Please never engage in such acts.
If the management team finds violations above, not only will your account be permanently suspended but we may also take legal action or consult with the police.
If, as a result of the investigation, the management team finds any similar violations to the violations stated above or any other acts that are determined to greatly impact the game balance or other users, we will impose penalties including suspension due to investigation without prior notice.
The management team will determine the above regardless of the user's intentions.
These rules are subject to change at the management team's discretion.

FAQ Regarding Violations
Q. What is considered to be a violation?
A. Penalty will be imposed in accordance with the Violation Policy, if the management team finds acts that violate the [Crystal of Re:union Terms and Conditions] and the [Violation Policy].
Based on reports from other users and its own investigation, the management team will impose suspension due to investigation and appropriate penalties without prior notice, if the violation or similar circumstance is found.
Q. What exactly is chat suspension penalty?
A. We will restrict the usage of the global chat function used in the inappropriate act for a certain period (7 days).
Q. What does suspension due to investigation mean?
A. Considering the impact on other users and the game balance, the management team will temporarily suspend the account based on the management team's judgment.
If the management team does not find any violation as a result of the investigation, the account will be released from suspension without any penalties. However, if the violation is confirmed, a penalty will be imposed. Even if no violation is found as a result of the investigation, we will not compensate for the suspension due to investigation.
Shield Barrier will be applied during the account suspension due to investigation.
Q. What is the reason for the difference in the suspension time for account suspension?
A. The suspension time will be based on the impact that the violation has had on other users, the game balance, and the game operation. The exact criteria for the suspension time is not disclosed.

Q. What will happen to the remaining time of Boost Effects during the account suspension or suspension due to investigation?
A. We will not restore any user data or provide compensation for the remaining time of Boost Effects or any other actions inside the game that may have occurred during the account suspension.
Q. Will it be possible to use the account that has been permanently suspended?
A. You will not be able to use an account that has been permanently suspended. The castle will be removed from the world and the data related to ranking and alliance will also be removed as appropriate.
Please be aware that the gold, packs, and heroes purchased with such account cannot be used afterwards. In addition, unless required by the applicable law, we will not refund the gold purchased.
Q. How would I know if my account has been suspended?
A. An exclusive message will be displayed on the screen after [Crystal of Re:union] is activated. If you contact the customer support from [Inquiry], we will inform you of the penalty imposed.
Q. If family members or friends were operating the game, will it be subject to penalties for a violation?
A. Under the Terms and Conditions, we prohibit sharing of accounts with third parties. In addition, all acts using your account will be deemed to be your acts.
Please be aware that if another person was operating the game when the violation occurred, it will be a violation of the Terms and Conditions as stated above and constitute [Illegal Transaction of Account] under this policy, which will result in permanent account suspension if you are the individual involved.
Q. Will the investigation results and details be disclosed?
A. No details of the investigation will be disclosed. For the protection of privacy, the investigation result will only be disclosed to the individuals involved.
Q. Can I report users who are in my alliance or other hostile alliances in the game?
A. If you find an act of violation, please report it to customer support regardless of the alliance. Generally, the reporter will not be disclosed.
However, if it is found that a falsified report has been made for the purpose of interfering with the user or the operation, the reporter will accordingly be treated as a disturbance of operation.
Q. Will penalties be imposed for acts not stated in the Violation Policy?
A. Penalties including warning message, chat suspension, suspension due to investigation, account suspension (up to 168 hours), and permanent account suspension will be imposed if an act is determined to have a negative impact on the game balance or the Terms and Conditions, regardless of the provisions in the Violation Policy.
